- GPS location during guard shifts (with consent)

- Provide and operate the GuardArra platform
- Authenticate users and manage accounts
- Enable all platform features (scheduling, tours, incidents, GPS, messaging)
- Send operational notifications and alerts
- Process billing and subscriptions
- Respond to support requests
- Improve the platform through anonymized analysis
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

- Your clients: Client portal users see their site data only

AES-256-GCM encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, TOTP 2FA, RBAC, full audit logging, daily encrypted backups. See our Security page for full details.

Data retained for subscription duration plus 30 days post-cancellation, then permanently deleted. Full export provided on request before deletion.
