These Terms of Service govern your use of GuardArra, LLC services. By using GuardArra, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these Terms. If using on behalf of an organization, you represent authority to bind that organization.
GuardArra provides a cloud-based security guard workforce management platform including scheduling, guard tours, incident reporting, GPS tracking, client portal, messaging, CRM, and AI features.
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access at support@guardarra.com. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
$349/month, billed monthly in advance, auto-renewing. Cancel anytime; access continues until period end. No partial refunds. See Payments and Refunds Policy for full details.
Use GuardArra only for lawful security workforce management purposes. See our Acceptable Use Policy for prohibited activities.
You own your data. You grant GuardArra a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws regarding the data you submit.
The GuardArra platform, software, and content are owned by GuardArra, LLC. These Terms grant only a limited license to use the Service during your subscription. See Copyright Policy.
We commit to 99.9% monthly uptime. See our Service Level Agreement for commitments and remedies.
Service provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
GuardArra's total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You indemnify GuardArra against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate. We may terminate immediately for material breach or illegal use. Your data export is available for 30 days post-termination.
Material changes communicated 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Texas law governs. Disputes resolved in Tom Green County, Texas courts.
