Privacy notice for Canadian residents under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to Canadian residents under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

We identify the purposes for which personal information is collected at or before the time of collection. Primary purposes include: providing the GuardArra workforce management platform, account management, billing, support, and platform improvement.
We obtain meaningful consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. Consent may be express or implied depending on the sensitivity of the information. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual restrictions, by contacting privacy@guardarra.com.
We collect only the personal information necessary for the identified purposes. We collect information by fair and lawful means.
Personal information is used and disclosed only for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. We retain information only as long as necessary for those purposes.
Personal information may be transferred to the United States for processing. When transferred outside Canada, information is subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Upon written request, GuardArra will inform individuals of the existence, use, and disclosure of their personal information and provide access to it. Contact privacy@guardarra.com. We respond within 30 days.
