Yes, completely. There are no per-guard fees, no per-location fees, and no hidden usage charges. Whether you have 5 guards or 500, one location or fifty — your price is $349/month. We built the pricing this way deliberately so that GuardArra gets cheaper per guard as you grow, not more expensive.

No setup fees, ever. If you’re migrating from TracKTik or another platform, we’ll provide free migration support to help you get your data and configuration moved over. You just pay $349/month from day one.

No contracts required. GuardArra is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalty. We believe that if we’re doing our job, you won’t want to leave — so we don’t need to lock you in.

Your data is yours. We’ll give you a full export of all your data in standard formats (CSV, PDF) before your account closes. We retain data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then it’s permanently deleted.

Every feature is included. Scheduling, guard tours, GPS, incident reporting, AI features, client portal, lead manager CRM, team messaging, analytics — all of it. We don’t lock features behind higher tiers or charge separately for AI capabilities.
