UK Privacy Notice

This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to UK residents under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Data Controller

GuardArra, LLC is the data controller. We are not currently required to register with the ICO as we have no UK establishment, but we take UK data protection obligations seriously. Contact: privacy@guardarra.com.

2. Legal Bases

Our legal bases for processing UK personal data mirror those under the EU GDPR: contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent (for location tracking). See our EU Privacy Notice for full details.

3. International Transfers

Data transferred from the UK to the US is protected under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Customers may request a signed UK DPA incorporating the IDTA. See UK Data Processing Agreement.
