This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to Australian residents under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
GuardArra collects personal information that is reasonably necessary for our functions as a security workforce management platform. We collect information directly from you and, in the case of guard data, from your employer. We collect information by lawful and fair means.
We use personal information to provide and improve the GuardArra platform, process payments, communicate with users, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use or disclose personal information for a secondary purpose without consent unless an APP exception applies.
GuardArra is based in the United States. By using our service, you consent to your personal information being processed in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients protect information consistently with the APPs.
You have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to request corrections. Submit requests to privacy@guardarra.com. We respond within 30 days. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests in complex cases.
If you believe we have breached the APPs, contact us at privacy@guardarra.com. We will respond within 30 days. If not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
