GuardArra, LLC ("GuardArra") uses the following sub-processors to deliver the GuardArra platform. Sub-processors are third-party companies that process personal data on our behalf. This list is maintained to comply with GDPR Article 28 and equivalent regulations.
GuardArra has data processing agreements with all sub-processors listed below and requires them to protect personal data to a standard at least equivalent to our own obligations.
GuardArra will provide at least 30 days advance notice before adding or replacing sub-processors. Notices are sent by email to the account administrator and posted on this page.
EU/EEA and UK customers who object to a new sub-processor addition may terminate their subscription without penalty within 30 days of the notice, provided that the objection is reasonable and the new sub-processor is materially less protective than our existing arrangements.
