GuardArra billing cycles, accepted payment methods, cancellation procedures, and refund policy.
GuardArra is offered at a flat monthly rate of $349/month, covering unlimited guards, unlimited locations, and all platform features. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice to active subscribers.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, on the same date each month as your initial signup. For example, if you signed up on the 15th, you are billed on the 15th of each subsequent month.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days and notify you by email. If payment is not received after 3 attempts, your account will be suspended. Access is restored immediately upon successful payment. We do not delete your data during a payment suspension period of up to 30 days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting billing@guardarra.com or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full platform access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the final billing period.
All fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge to billing@guardarra.com. We review and respond within 10 business days.
Our pricing does not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes imposed by your jurisdiction on your subscription. Where required by law, GuardArra will collect and remit applicable taxes.
PDF invoices for each billing cycle are available in your account. For custom invoicing requirements (PO numbers, company details, etc.), contact billing@guardarra.com.
