1. Ownership of GuardArra Content

The GuardArra platform, website, software, design, and all associated content (collectively, "GuardArra Content") are owned by or licensed to GuardArra, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any GuardArra Content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the GuardArra platform ("Your Content"), including incident reports, schedules, and other operational data. By submitting content, you grant GuardArra a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

3. DMCA Notice and Takedown

GuardArra respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content available through our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Notice to our designated agent.

DMCA Notice Requirements

Your DMCA Notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location
• Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@guardarra.com. We will restore content if appropriate under DMCA procedures.

5. Repeat Infringers

GuardArra will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

6. Trademarks

"GuardArra" and the GuardArra shield logo are trademarks of GuardArra, LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Contact legal@guardarra.com for licensing inquiries.
