This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of GuardArra, LLC services. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Permitted Use
GuardArra is a business platform for legitimate security workforce management: scheduling, guard tours, incident reporting, GPS tracking, client communication, and related operational activities.
2. Prohibited Activities
Illegal Activity
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Storing or transmitting data in violation of privacy or data protection laws
- Facilitating harassment, discrimination, or abuse of any person
- Conducting unauthorized surveillance or data collection without proper consent
Security Violations
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
- Introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Conducting security or penetration testing without prior written permission
- Circumventing authentication or access controls
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
Platform Misuse
- Using bots or scripts to scrape or extract platform data
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
- Reselling or sublicensing the platform without written permission
- Sending spam or unsolicited communications through platform messaging
- Interfering with other customers’ use of the platform
GPS and Location Data
- Using GPS tracking without proper disclosure to and consent from tracked individuals
- Tracking individuals outside authorized work shifts without consent
- Using location data for purposes beyond legitimate workforce management
3. Content Standards
All content submitted — reports, messages, profile data — must be accurate, relevant to operations, and lawful. False, harassing, discriminatory, or rights-infringing content is prohibited.
4. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for compliance with employment, privacy, and data protection laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining necessary consents from your employees and guards.
5. Enforcement
GuardArra may suspend or terminate accounts for AUP violations without notice in severe cases. Illegal activity may be reported to law enforcement. To report a suspected violation, contact legal@guardarra.com.
